Item Search (Defects 283201 & 283208)

The Item Search program has been enhanced to include two new features:

• A new Sort By option is available in FACTS 7.8.  You can select D-Description Search to find items by the item's description.  The search is case-insensitive.

• A new Inactive Items checkbox was added to include or excluded inactive items in the search results.  The default value is to exclude the inactive items.
